A Wind Chill Advisory is in effect Thursday 11:00 p.m. to Friday 10:00 a.m. in light blue counties. Wind chills are expected to be as low as -20 to -25 degrees. The cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
