THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN CHICAGO HAS ISSUED A

* TORNADO WARNING FOR...
  NORTHWESTERN KENDALL COUNTY IN NORTHEASTERN ILLINOIS...
  SOUTHEASTERN DE KALB COUNTY IN NORTH CENTRAL ILLINOIS...
  SOUTHWESTERN KANE COUNTY IN NORTHEASTERN ILLINOIS...

* UNTIL 1215 AM CDT.

* AT 1153 PM CDT, SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO
  WERE LOCATED ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM NEAR WATERMAN TO NEAR
  SOMONAUK, MOVING EAST AT 40 MPH.

  HAZARD...TORNADO.

  SOURCE...RADAR INDICATED ROTATION.

  IMPACT...FLYING DEBRIS WILL BE DANGEROUS TO THOSE CAUGHT WITHOUT 
           SHELTER. MOBILE HOMES WILL BE DAMAGED OR DESTROYED. 
           DAMAGE TO ROOFS, WINDOWS, AND VEHICLES WILL OCCUR.  TREE 
           DAMAGE IS LIKELY.

* THESE DANGEROUS STORMS WILL BE NEAR...
  LITTLE ROCK AND HINCKLEY AROUND 1205 AM CDT.
  PLANO AROUND 1210 AM CDT.

INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING INTERSTATE...
 I-88 BETWEEN MILE MARKERS 100 AND 105.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

TAKE COVER NOW! MOVE TO A BASEMENT OR AN INTERIOR ROOM ON THE LOWEST
FLOOR OF A STURDY BUILDING. AVOID WINDOWS. IF YOU ARE OUTDOORS, IN A
MOBILE HOME, OR IN A VEHICLE, MOVE TO THE CLOSEST SUBSTANTIAL SHELTER
AND PROTECT YOURSELF FROM FLYING DEBRIS
