Counties included are Boone; Bureau; Carroll; De Kalb; Henderson; Henry; Jo Daviess; Knox; La Salle; Lee; Marshall; Mercer; Ogle; Putnam; Rock Island; Stark; Stephenson; Warren; Whiteside; Winnebago
