  OPEN WATERS FROM WINTHROP HARBOR TO MICHIGAN CITY OUT TO MID
LAKE...

* UNTIL 515 PM CDT.

* AT 414 PM CDT, STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WERE LOCATED FROM NEAR CHICAGO 
  O'HARE AIRPORT TO OFFSHORE OF EVANSTON, ALL MOVING NORTHEAST AT 10 
  TO 15 KTS. ALL ARE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WIND GUSTS GREATER THAN 34 
  KTS. 

  HAZARD...WIND GUSTS 34 KNOTS OR GREATER.

  SOURCE...RADAR INDICATED.

  IMPACT...SMALL CRAFT COULD BE DAMAGED IN BRIEFLY HIGHER WINDS AND
