  OPEN WATERS FROM WINTHROP HARBOR TO MICHIGAN CITY OUT TO MID
LAKE...

* UNTIL 415 PM CDT.

* AT 240 PM CDT, CLUSTERS OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WERE LOCATED ALONG 
  A LINE EXTENDING FROM 26 NM NORTHWEST OF ST. JOSEPH LIGHT TO 11 NM 
  NORTHEAST OF WILMETTE HARBOR TO 6 NM NORTHEAST OF OHARE AIRPORT, 
  MOVING EAST AT 45 KNOTS.

  HAZARD...WIND GUSTS TO 40 KNOTS AND SMALL HAIL.

  IMPACT...SMALL CRAFT COULD BE DAMAGED IN BRIEFLY HIGHER WINDS AND
