National Weather Service confirms tornado hit in Grayslake

GRAYSLAKE, Ill. — A storm survey team from the National Weather Service has confirmed that some of the damage in the Grayslake, Ill. area in Lake County is tornado damage.

A survey team is on site. No EF- rating has been assigned at this point.

The National Weather Service said the team will continue their work Monday afternoon.
