Some morning fog, considerable cloudiness and cooler temperatures are expected today.
A cold front is slowly sagging through the region. While on its trek we could see some spotty showers or storms today, but the vast majority of region should remain dry.
The best chance for rain will be south of I-80. As northeast winds increase temperatures along the lakefront are only forecast to top out near 60 degrees.
Farther inland highs should reach the lower 70s.
Out cloud cover should decrease from north to south overnight as drier air starts moving into the area. Temperatures are expected to bottom out in the low 50s.
Mostly sunny skies will return Thursday with highs in the low 70s. Winds off the lake will keep lakefront temperatures in the low 60s.
