CHICAGO - Just because Illinois got shutout of the NCAA Division I Men's Basketball tournament doesn't mean the madness didn't happen for other teams around the state.

For example, the Triton College team.

Under the leadership of Steve Christiansen the team went 34-3 this season and won 30 consecutive games en route to the NJCAA Division-II National Championship game in Danville.

While they fell short of a championship against Kirkwood (IA), the team enjoyed it's highest win total and fewest losses in school history.

To celebrate the achievement, the Trojans' head coach and guard Josh Doss came on Sports Feed to discuss their historic season. They talked about how they were able to build up their success through the season and what they'll take away most from their run to the National Championship Game.
