Are you one of those Cubs fans who thinks you’ve been waiting too long time for a World Series win?

There’s some fans that probably have you beat.

It’s been 108 years since the team held  the title and these committed Cubs fans have been waiting almost as long.

WGN’s Julie Unruh spoke with a handful of elderly fans who know part of being a true Cubs fan is being patient and being positive.

91-year-old Louise Leahy and her sister Yolanda Leahy (they married brothers) will be 99 this month.  They, along with 97-year-old Warren Chapman, say if the team doesn’t go all the way this year, they’ll be around next year  to watch.
