LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fl. — Not long after the Cubs drew millions of people into downtown Chicago for their own parade, some of the team kept the celebrations going all the way down in the Magic Kingdom.

World Series MVP Ben Zobrist, Addison Russell, and Javier Baez hitched a ride with Mickey Mouse as part of the parade down Main Street USA in Disney World Saturday as hundreds of park goers cheered them out.

“These people are awesome I can’t believe we’re here in Disney World, getting to enjoy this right now with all these people,” Zobrist said.

Disney said the last baseball world champions to celebrate at the Disney parks were the Boston Red Sox in 2004.

“I can’t believe there are so many Cubs fans here,” Zobrist said.

He shouldn’t be that surprised: It’s a small world, after all.
