On Day 2 of the Blackhawks Convention, fans had the opportunity to participate in a “What’s Your Goal” panel, featuring Corey Crawford, Duncan Keith, and Coach Joel Quenneville.
All three starred in videos highlighting the campaign, which sends players out into the community to surprise unknowing fans and help them reach their goals.
Quenneville was asked what his goal would have been growing up as a Blackhawks fan in Windsor, Canada.
Coach Q lit up at the thought of playing street hockey with his idol, Blackhawks legend Bobby Hull.
Crawford reminisced about how lucky he was to have family so dedicated in helping him reach his goal of making it to the NHL, noting that his brother played a huge role by firing slap shots at him from close range at a young age.
But Duncan Keith stole the show with his story of what he believes would be a Chicago fan’s dream come true – hearing a knock on your door only to find Keith himself looking for a helping hand.
