CHICAGO -- Chicago Blackhawks president and CEO John McDonough returned to his boyhood neighborhood on Chicago's Northwest Side today -- and brought with him the Stanley Cup.

Public celebration of the Hawks winning the Cup took place in Edison Park Saturday. Fans cheered as McDonough and the Cup arrived on northwest highway.

Also on hand were Blackhawks public address announcer Gene Honda and the United Center national anthem singer, Jim Cornelison.

The Hawks have won the Stanley Cup three times over the past six years.
