* The Blackhawks netted a series-high six goals in Saturday night’s 6-3 win over the Blues at United Center, winning their second straight game, and evening the series at three games apiece. Game 6 marked the first time in this series that the victory came by more than one goal.

* Dating to the 1990 playoffs, Chicago has won five of its last seven Game 7’s, with both of those setbacks (2011 at Vancouver and 2014 vs. Kings) coming in overtime. The Blackhawks are 11-9 in winner-take-all contests all-time (includes all series).
* Dating to the 1993 postseason, the Blues have lost five of their last six Game 7’s, with the only victory coming against the Coyotes in 1999 (won 1-0 in overtime). St. Louis is 8-9 in winner-take-all games all-time (includes all series).
* Patrick Kane (1g, 6a) and Artemi Panarin (2g, 5a) are tied for the Blackhawks’ postseason team-high with seven points in the first six games against the Blues. Kane has five assists (zero goals) in four career Game 7’s.
* Alex Pietrangelo (1g, 5a), Jaden Schwartz (3g, 3a) and Vladimir Tarasenko (4g, 2a) all have six points in this series to pace the Blues. Tonight marks the first career Game 7 for each of the three skaters.
* Chicago has scored 10 second-period goals in the 2016 playoffs – most of any team in any period. The Blackhawks’ +7 goal differential in the second period is also the best of any team in any period during the 2016 postseason.
* The last time the Blues played in a Game 7 was in 2003 – a 4-1 loss to the Canucks in Vancouver. The coach of that squad is the current coach of the Blackhawks, Joel Quenneville.

* Tonight marks former Blackhawk and current Blue, Troy Brouwer’s seventh Game 7 in his last seven postseason series (one with Chicago in 2011, five with Washington in 2012, 2013, 2015). Brouwer has been held without a point in each of those previous six Game 7’s.
