LAKE FOREST – The injury bug continues to bite the first draft pick of the Ryan Pace era with the Bears.
On Wednesday the team announced that wide receiver Kevin White suffered a severe high ankle sprain that resulted in a fractured left fibula.
Because of this the Bears have put White on Injured Reserve but have yet to rule him out for the season.
The receiver suffered the injury in the third quarter of the Bears’ 17-14 win over the Lions at Soldier Field on Sunday.
