LAKE FOREST, Ill. – Pernell McPhee won’t suiting up any time soon.
The Bears decided to keep McPhee on the physically unable to perform list today, meaning he’ll be sidelined for at least the first six weeks of the regular season.
McPhee missed the entire offseason and preseason as he continued to rehabilitate his surgically repaired left knee.
Marquess Wilson is joining McPhee on the PUP list.
The fourth-year wideout has played in just 28 games since he was drafted back in 2013, racking up 47 catches for 617 total yards and two touchdowns.
