CHICAGO - He was one of those guys waiting until the very last minute of the last round of the NFL Draft.
But in the end, despite a little bit of waiting and stress, Daniel Braverman heard his name get called as one of the selections at the Auditorium Theatre in Chicago.
The wide receiver from Western Michigan was selected by Bears in the 7th round with the 230th overall selection. He was the last of nine picks in the draft by the Bears and one of three offensive players selected by Ryan Pace.
After finishing up his first rookie camp, Bears fans got a chance to meet the receiver on Thursday's Sports Feed. Braverman joined Jarrett Payton and Josh Frydman for a pair of segments as he told the story of how he made his way from a youth in Miramar, Florida through Western Michigan and now Chicago.
