What could be better than spending a beautiful summer morning doing yoga in front of the Chicago skyline? Free yoga, three times a week! The city of Chicago offers yoga on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 7:30-8:15am, Memorial Day through Labor Day every summer. On summer Saturdays, you can start your morning bright and early with Pilates at 7am, yoga at 8am, strength training at 9am, and zumba at 10am – all free of charge!
