VILLA PARK, Ill. -- A woman was attacked on a trail in Villa Park.

The 46 year-old woman was walking alone on the Great Western Trail around 7:40 a.m on Wednesday when a man struck her from behind. She had her earphones in at the time.

She suffered minor injuries, and nothing was stolen.

Police haven't made any arrests. The suspect is described as a white man, thin, blonde hair, 5 foot 8 inches tall, and between 21-25-years-old.
