CHICAGO — He’s a part of one of Chicago’s most famous families along with ours here at Channel 9.
Jarrett Payton, who has been a sports anchor at the station since 2015, has a few reasons why working at WGN-TV means so much more to him. He’s no stranger to Chicago or the station, having been in the spotlight his whole life as the son of Bears’ legend and Pro Football Hall of Famer Walter Payton.
