CHICAGO – The holidays are upon us and it’s natural for people to reflect on the year that’s just past.
Many fans of sports in Chicago are doing the same, reflecting on the good and the bad of 2022 in a number of different levels and leagues.
There were a few rough patches for a number of professional sports teams in the Windy City over the past 12 months, with a few teams in rebuilds or just starting one. But there were some memorable moments along the way and a few titles for local teams at the college level.
Larry Hawley once again took a look at the year in sports locally in this version of “‘Twas The Game Before Christmas in Chicago Sports.”
