WGN Investigates

Data from the Illinois State Board of Education shows less than a quarter of Illinois students have returned to in-person learning full time.

The numbers, updated early last week, show that only 22% of students attend school in-person, full-time. Four percent of students are fully remote.

Seventy-four percent of Illinois students are learning via a mix of remote and in-person learning.
