An extra-alarm fire broke out Saturday morning in a church in Chicago's Austin neighborhood.

Firefighters responded to the fire at the Unity Church of God in Christ, located at 4901 West Ferdinand street on the city's west side.

The smoky fire resulted in a partial collapse of the building.

Reports say the church was on the lower floor with a residence upstairs.

No injuries were reported.
