Daily tasks are organized with a color-coding system to denote how urgent the task is. While the app is pricey, there is a free 14-day trial that you can test drive.

If you come across an interesting article or video online and don't have time to read it, you can "pocket" it for later with this app. Pocket allows you to save content and view it later. The best feature is that you don't even need to be online to view the content. Pocket also syncs with your other devices so you can view the content you've saved on your smartphone, tablet or web browser.
