Water taxis have returned to the Chicago River for the Spring and Summer seasons.

Technically service for Wendella Boats began over the weekend for St. Patrick’s Day, but Monday is the first day for commuter service.

The water taxis operate everyday with stops along the Chicago River at the Wrigley Building, The Reid-Murdoch Center and Ogilvie Transportation Center.

Wendella launched the water taxi service in 1962.
