The group began its procession from Daley Plaza– stopping along the way at the Thompson Center, Veteran’s Memorial, Tribune Tower plaza and Water Tower Plaza.

The procession ends at Holy Name Cathedral where Cardinal George requested prayers be offered for peace in Ukraine and Syria.

The event is sponsored by the Catholic Lay Movement ‘Communion and Liberation’ and is open to all.

In the Little Village neighborhood, five parishes, including Saint Agnes of Bohemia, are taking part in the living Stations of the Cross.

The procession started at nine Friday morning along 26th street and ends at 26th and Kostner.
