Is it a coincidence that Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler got benched the same week "A Very Angry Bears Fan Christmas" went viral? The video's creators don't think so.

"I do take credit for that," the video's featured singer Phil Guay jokingly said.

But Phil Guay and Dan Leverance of Parkview Christian Chruch in Orland Park are quick to give credit to The Angry Cleveland Browns fan for their video's lyrics.

"We are a big fan of that guy. He is awesome," Leverence said. "We just couldn't do it any better, so we just substituted the Bears stuff and it was great."

In response to Guay and Leverance's video, The Angry Cleveland Browns Fan published a video titled "The Angry Bears Fan steals Angry Browns Fan's videos."

During their appearance on WGN Morning News, Leverance and Guay explained that their video was made to show at their church, where they were having a discussion about anger. Part two of the discussion will take place at services on Sunday, Dec. 21.

Guay also performed "You're a Mean One, Mr. Grinch!" with an angry Bears fan twist LIVE on WGN.

"A Very Angry Bears Fan Christmas" was published to the Parkview Christian Church's YouTube channel on Sunday, Dec. 14. and has more than 400,000 views.
