LONDON — A CNN reporter covered what she thought was an ISIS flag at London’s Pride Parade.
But it wasn’t. The flag turned out to be a joke about sex toys.
“I mean, If you look at the flag closely, it’s clearly not Arabic, in fact it looks like it could be gobbledygook, but it’s very distinctive – the ISIS flag,” reporter Lucy Pawle said in a live report on Sunday.
Viewers were quick to tweet the journalist.

“I seem to be the only person who had spotted this, and nobody seems to be raising any questions or pointing it out,” Pawle said.
Pawle said she pointed it out to event organizers and police, who also didn’t notice the flag.
