Tour offers peek inside Chicago’s most historic homes

The historic Pullman neighborhood was an idea born and cultivated by Pullman Palace car president  and town namesake George Pullman in 1880 as a model industrial town. Today hundreds of the original company rowhouses still stand, many of them carrying much of the area’s rich history.

7 homes  in the area are being featured in the 40th Annual Pullman House Tours this weekend.
