Texas nurse with Ebola identified as 26-year-old Nina Pham

The Texas nurse who contracted Ebola has been identified as 26-year-old Nina Pham, according to multiple Texas media reports.

A health care worker at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Dallas, Pham became infected while treating Thomas Eric Duncan who died from the virus before she was diagnosed.

The CDC says Pham is in “clinically stable” condition.

She is the first person to contract the virus while in the United States.
