A teenage daughter celebrated her family’s legal victory with a rant on Facebook.

It started when Gulliver Prep School agreed to pay Patrick Snay $80,000 to end an age discrimination lawsuit.

Snay agreed to not talk about it with anyone except his lawyers.

But then his daughter, a former Gulliver student, broke the news on her Facebook page.

That included her saying, “Gulliver is now officially paying for my vacation to Europe this summer.  Suck it.”

So the school took the family to court for breaking the confidentiality agreement.

The family won in circuit court, but the school won on appeal, so now it’s not paying for anyone’s european vacation.
