Three more teenagers charged in the murder of 15-year-old Demario Bailey on the South Side faced a bond judge Tuesday.

The judge ordered brothers Deafro Brakes, 17, and Tarik Brakes, 16, to be held without bail. Isiah Penn, 17, is being held on $2 million bail.

Carlos Johnson, 17, who was also charged in Bailey's murder and attempted robbery, is also being held without bail.

Bailey was shot as he defended his twin brother during an attempted robbery at 63rd and State on Saturday. The two were headed to Johnson College Prep for basketball practice.

Tuesday would have been Demario's 16th birthday.
