A teen who impersonated a police officer for a second time is out on bond.
19-year-old Vincent Richardson is home but under electronic monitoring.
He’s accused of trying to buy police clothing at a uniform store.
The clerk searched his name online and found he was the same teen who impersonated an officer four-years ago.
Richardson left right away, but forgot his id and wallet.
He was arrested shortly afterward.
Richardson returns to court next month.
