A 27-year old Waukegan man has been charged with possession of child pornography.
Investigators from the Illinois attorney general’s office, Waukegan police and the Lake County state’s attorney’s office served a search warrant Wednesday at the Waukegan home of Rudolph Giovanny Dalpiaz-Cruz.
There they found “evidence of alleged child pornography” according to a press release from the office of the attorney general.
Dalpiaz-Cruz is being held on $50,000 bond and faces three counts of possession of child pornography.
