Rebekahs’ Tips:

Wrinkles can be more prominent when your skin is dry and flaky. Instead of going to a dermatologist for wrinkle treatments, you can find great skincare regimens right at your local drugstore.

Acne can be bad, even when your skin is dry during the winter. Don’t use acne products that will over dry your skin and make sure to use a facial moisturizer. Just because you have acne, that doesn’t mean you should dry your skin out.

Don’t wash your hair every day. During the winter months, there is less humidity, so your hair dries out faster. Make sure to use a moisturizing shampoo to make sure your hair is properly hydrated.

Our skin can look dull during the winter months because of the lack of sun. But a brighter smile can help add a little shine to our appearance. But you don’t need to break the bank to get a great smile.

What we wear can affect our moods when we’re in a winter slump. Adding a pop of color to a simple outfit can make us feel more energized and put us in a better mood.

Staying indoors and being cooped up all winter can bring us down, so get the family outside for some fun activities. Just make sure to bundle up so you’re having more fun than you are freezing.
