CHICAGO -- Southwest Airlines says their technology systems are back to normal and travelers should not experience problems or delays at the service desk.
Hundreds of flights over the weekend were delayed by technical problems. Southwest used back-up systems to check in those who didn't have printed or mobile boarding passes.
The technical issues resulted in approximately 500 delayed flights nationwide on Sunday.
The airline says it is working to get bags delivered and put delayed or displaced customers into open seats on flights today.
