A Wisconsin girl who was charged with stabbing her friend 19 times after a sleepover has again been found incompetent to stand trial.

Morgan Geyser, 12, had first been deemed incompetent to stand trial early last month,  but the prosecution challenged the finding.

Medical experts told the court Geyser believes she can talk to Lord Voldemort, a Harry Potter character, and can use Vulcan mind control.

Geyser and her friend Anissa Weier have been charged as adults with first-degree attempted homicide.

The girls told investigators they attacked their friend to impress Slenderman, a fictional internet bogeyman.
