Missing 16-year-old Antioch girl found safe

LAKE COUNTY, Ill. — A teen missing from unincorporated Antioch has been found safe.

Police said Emma Roberts, 16,  was last seen leaving Central High School in Westosha, Wis., on Nov. 13.

She reportedly stayed enrolled at the school after recently moving to unincorporated Antioch.

After a weekend of searching, Lake County Sheriff’s Office deputies located Emma at a residence in the 1400 block of 11th Avenue, Union Grove, Wis., Monday morning. She was safe and uninjured.

Arrangements are in progress to return Emma home.

No other information was provided.
