The school year is wrapping up and 6th graders with Tutoring Chicago celebrated their graduation tonight at St Vincent de Paul Center.

The organization offers free one-on-one tutoring to kids in 1st- 6th grades.

WGN’s Micah Materre had the honor of speaking to the students tonight.

And the group has plenty to celebrate.  They were awarded a $100,000 dollar grant last night by  Impact 100.

Congratulations to the students and the organization!
