Anti-abortion organizations have launched a boycott of Girl Scout cookies, dubbed CookieCott 2014.

The pro-life groups are angry over what they see as support by the Girl Scouts for abortion-rights advocates.

They point to tweets and Facebook postings that link to articles on Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius and Texas State Senator Wendy Davis

A spokeswoman for the Girl Scouts says the organization does not endorse politicians or take stands on political issues.

She says the posts were meant to encourage people to discuss last year’s top newsmakers.
