NAPLES, Italy — It wasn’t divine intervention, but Pope Francis got a pizza delivered without placing an order.

In a recent interview, the pope was asked what he missed the most since he became the head of the Catholic church. He said he would like to go out for pizza, without being noticed.

The pope was traveling through Naples, the home of pizza, when a pizzeria came through.

They had one ready for him as the pope’s car went by.

The pizza man went right up to the pope and handed it to him.

He said Pope Francis smiled and said thank you.
