Police searching for two small children who were taken on the southside

The Chicago police are asking for your help in locating two small children who were taken from their foster home. On July 17, 2014 at approximately 4:45 PM, on the 900 block of east 80th Street, two children a 9-month old male and a 4-year-old female were taken.

The offender is 26-year-old Antoinette Knox who is the children’s biological mother but no longer has legal custody of them.

The offender took the children during a scheduled supervised visit. The infant was wearing a one piece outfit, and the female child was wearing shorts and a sleeveless shirt. The offender was last seen leaving the scene on foot.

Ms. Knox has a history of domestic violence and has been diagnosed with Bipolar disorder and mild mental disabilities.

Call 911 to report any sightings of Ms. Knox or the children.
