SCHAUMBURG, Ill. -- Police in the northwest suburbs are trying to find a man who was caught on camera in connection with a series of crimes.

Police say the man was last seen two weeks ago in a townhouse complex in the 1100 block of Regency Court in Schaumburg.

The man was shirtless and wearing camouflage shorts as he checked for unlocked doors along the block. At one point, he pulled down his pants to expose himself to a neighbor.

A business owner in Schaumburg reported a similar incident when the man walked into an unlocked business in a nearby industrial area.

The same man is being sought by Elk Grove Village police which released surveillance images describing the man as dangerous.  He is suspected in a case of attempted sexual assault in the village.

He is also suspected in numerous incidents of indecent exposure over the past year in both Elk Grove Village and Schaumburg -- all of the victims being adult men.

Police are asking anyone with information about the suspect to contact them.
