HIGHLAND, Ind. — Highland Police are searching for a woman suspected of stealing over a dozen flowers from a sidewalk planter.
Police said the woman was witnessed removing and leaving with the newly planted flowers in the 2600 block of Highway Avenue around 10:14 p.m. June 3.
