Chicago police are trying to figure out who’s responsible for vandalizing more than a dozen parking meters on the North Side.
According to authorities, someone used a club or some other kind of hard object to hit and shatter the meters,causing them to not work properly or simply shut down.
The damage occurred in seven neighborhoods over the past week.
