A Skokie woman who owned the gun used in the fatal Nordstrom shooting is charged with disorderly conduct.

23-year old Nina Dones falsely reported in September, that the handgun was stolen from her apartment.

Police say it was that gun Marcus Dee used on black Friday to shoot his ex-girlfriend, and then himself in the Michigan Avenue Nordstrom.

Investigators traced the gun to Dones through its purchase at GAT guns in suburban East Dundee last year.
