CREST HILL, Ill. -- Famed Hollywood actor Morgan Freeman has interviewed serial killer Brian Dugan at Stateville Correctional Center near Joliet.

Dugan gained notoriety in the 1983 murder of a young girl from Naperville.

Freeman met with him for an upcoming documentary. The series will focus on several subject matters, including the concept of evil.

Dugan was convicted in the abduction, rape and murder of Jeanine Nicarico. He's also serving a life sentence for two other murders and a series of sexual attacks on young women.

The documentary will air next year. The segment with Dugan will deal with major mental illness and criminal psychopathy.
