UNINCORPORATED PALATINE, Ill. -- A teen from Palatine who went missing Wednesday has been found safe.

14-year-old David Quattrochi has autism and is non-verbal.

He ran off Wednesday afternoon from Little City, a facility that, according to their website, provides “services and amenities to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.”

He is now back at the hospital for evaluation.
