Erika Bragan has needed a new kidney for several years.
Her friend Richard O’Dea, from Tampa, Florida, was on a Tinder date with Jennifer Thomas when he told her Bragan’s story.
That’s when Thomas told him that she would volunteer to be a donor if she’s a match.
So Thomas got tested, and she’s a perfect match.
The kidney transplant is set to happen next week.
O’Dea and Thomas are no longer dating, but they say they’re still friends.
