A Chicago man is sentenced to 23 years in jail for attempting to plant a bomb on a crowded street in Wrigleyville last year.

Sami Hassoun was caught by FBI agents posing as terrorists who gave him a fake bomb–and we have the surveillance video of it.

Prosecutors say they were satisfied with 23 years, because that was within the 20 to 30 year sentencing guidelines for this crime.
