CHICAGO — A man is dead after being struck by a CTA train on the blue line in the Near West Side stop early Sunday morning.
According to police, the man was hit by the incoming train near the 400 block of South Damen Avenue around 4:00 a.m. He was severed at the mid-body and was pronounced dead on the scene.
There is no further information provided.
